Chateau Rieussec ranks among Sauternes 1er Grand Cru (that is, the highest level under D’Yquem, only 11). In 1984, it fell behind the Lafite Lafite Group, the top five wineries, and its momentum and quality are getting higher and higher! And Chateau Rieussec is located on a small road in the village of Haut-Bommes in the Sauternes region. Awarded the title of “Sauternes-Barsac First Growth” because of its high-quality soil. It owns a land area of 110 hectares and a total of 93 hectares of vineyards, all of which are located on the hills of the Sauternes region, and it is also adjacent to the Château d’Yquem in the east. In order to realize the maximum potential of the land, the owner has implemented, an extremely strict screening of grapes after picking and then barrel fermentation, grading, and selection of the best wines for blending after fermentation, etc. All these ensure the high quality of the winery wines.

This dry liquor “R” de Rieussec Blanc is introduced on a full page in the 25th episode of <God’s Water Drop>. The aroma of fresh peaches and refreshing green apples, together with a touch of noble rot wine honey flavor, can be described as an exotic style, balanced taste, very refreshing, and the winemaker will keep a little residual sugar (about 5g per liter) when making wine, This refreshing dry white wine has the style of dry sweet wine, with a little grapefruit and mineral taste in the end, which further deepens the depth of the wine. In particular, 20% of the wine will be fermented in wooden barrels. As long as the wine can be stored longer, it will lose its due freshness. After 5 years of bottling, the wine quality will be even better. Saturnes dry white wine is mainly refreshing, giving the feeling of glamorous and elegance.
