Chateau Duhart Milon is a winery located in Pauillac, Bordeaux, with a vineyard covering 76 hectares planted to 67% Cabernet Sauvignon and 33% Merlot. 

The terroir is composed of gravel, sand, limestone, and clay soils, with the vineyard being divided into close to 40 separate parcels. The wine is made through a parcel-by-parcel vinification process, with malolactic fermentation taking place in vat. 

Aged in an average of 50% new, French oak barrels for 14 to 16 months, the wine is best served at 15.5 degrees Celsius and is best paired with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised, and grilled dishes. The best vintages of Chateau Duhart Milon are 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2006, and 2005. The wine needs time in the cellar and can be decanted for an average of 2-3 hours, with peak maturity between 10-30 years after the vintage.
